The myrtles were not yet in bloom, but otherwise summer on Kent Island was in full swing.
Casey was housesitting her parents’ home on the water while her father went on a political tour of the state, drumming up votes for his re-election bid that was coming up in November. And though Casey’s parents did not approve because they were not yet married, she had her boyfriend Gabriel in tow.
She’d been dating Gabriel for three years, and her parents did approve of him, though her grandmother was convinced there was no ring on Casey’s finger because she’d given the milk away for free. “Nothing I love more than being compared to a cow,” Casey had seethed under her breath as soon as the words came out of the family matriarch’s mouth.
Casey was a fourth-generation Fontaine on the Eastern Shore of Maryland, and no one in her family would let her forget it. Decorum and whatever was deemed “proper” (though, admittedly, this notion was loosening through the years, especially after the 1960s came and went. A birth control pill? Well, I never!) dictated acceptable behavior for someone of Casey’s social stature.
It was a good thing Gabriel was a decorated naval officer who had proudly served his country after attending the Naval Academy. Now he worked as a government contractor for the Department of Defense. He and Casey both maintained modest two-bedroom apartments in Annapolis for appearance’s sake, but at the moment, they were enjoying their country estate across the Chesapeake Bay on beautiful Kent Island.
The family was placing bets on when Gabriel would pull Mr. Fontaine aside and ask for his daughter’s hand in marriage, then get down on one knee and pop the question. Some were wagering it would happen during this month-long stay on Kent Island, perhaps when her parents returned from their tour.
But the only question Gabriel had recently popped was to ask his girlfriend how on earth she could want to have sex again when they’d already done it twice that day?
Casey had scoffed.
Then her features softened as she trailed a fingertip up Gabriel’s thigh to his flaccid cock. She batted her eyelashes, then slowly lowered her lips to his manhood, giving his thickening shaft a firm lick up one side and down the other before swirling her tongue around the tip.
Gabriel let out a soft sigh as his cock began to rise, unable to ignore Casey’s efforts. “Baby, I think you’ve completely drained my balls.” He pulled her mouth off him as he shook his head. “I’m shootin’ blanks at this point.”
She couldn’t help but pout. Deep in her core, there was a vibration, a pulse of desire. All she could think about was being filled by his glorious manhood again and again, riding wave after wave of ecstasy. Besides, they’d gone for a bike ride, had dinner and even showered together since the last time they’d fucked. Wasn’t that enough of a break?
Gabriel’s expression brightened, catching Casey off-guard. She sat up cross-legged on the mattress waiting to hear what idea had popped into his brilliant, devilish mind. Maybe he would go down on her. Or buy her a new toy. She had a feeling it was going to be good judging by the wicked gleam in his eyes.
“Have you found anyone to stand in as our stunt cock yet?”
She nearly choked on the air trapped in her throat. “A stunt what?!”
He chuckled in that deep, raspy laugh of his that she loved so much. It was all at once endearing and a little patronizing—after all, he was six years her senior.
“I was serious when I mentioned finding another man to satisfy you. You know that, right?” he explained. “I was thinking of someone a little younger than me who could keep going even when I’ve had my fill.”
She tried to hide the immense excitement now swelling inside her chest, but it was impossible to contain. Her lips cracked into a huge grin, spreading her cheeks far enough for her dimples to come into play. She didn’t have to say a word for her lover to know she was fond of the idea. He smiled as he reached down to brush a few copper strands of hair from her eyes.
“Good,” he confirmed. “We’ll make it happen.”

It didn’t take long to find their first candidate. Casey was working in Human Resources at NSA Annapolis, a job her Congressman father had secured for her, and had to call the facility management folks to take care of some lights that were flickering in the conference room. The electrician they sent to fix the issue nearly took her breath away.
His name was Joshua, and he was about 6’2”, blessed with a swimmer’s body stretched out by strong, lean limbs—and ocean blue eyes she could get lost in. As soon as her eyes met his, she knew she wanted him.
She may or may not have followed him around a bit, casually pumping him for information. Was he married? No. Did he have a girlfriend? No. How long had he been enlisted? He was finishing up his seventh year and was planning to re-up.
“I think I fixed your light issue,” he announced, coming around the corner from the conference room. Casey tried to look busy at her desk, as though she wasn’t waiting with bated breath for him to return.
“Oh, that’s good news,” she said in her silky voice. It was the lunch hour, and her boss and most of the rest of the office workers were gone. She’d never have better timing than this.
“I might have a couple other issues you could fix,” she remarked, testing the waters. She scanned his face to gauge his reaction to her innuendo and was pleased to see his lips tug into a smile.
“Is that so?” He had a bit of a southern drawl. She would have bet money on him being from one of the Carolinas. Or maybe Georgia.
“Mmmhmmm,” she cooed, biting her lower lip. She hadn’t flirted so blatantly with a man in a long time, even though she was surrounded by sailors day in and day out. She was committed to Gabriel, but once he suggested opening things up, she couldn’t believe what a rush it was to bring out her inner flirt and have a man respond the way Joshua was responding.
A broad grin glowed on his face as his bright blue eyes took in her assets from her beautiful red hair to her pale, creamy décolletage. “You have a thing for sailors?”
“I do,” she winked at him, “my boyfriend is a sailor too… Or he was, until he retired.”
She realized as soon as the words left her mouth that she shouldn’t have shown her hand so readily. Where was the buildup? The hook? Unsurprisingly, Joshua’s brows furrowed, and the smile faded from his face.
“Oh, it’s okay,” she quickly recovered, “he’s good with it. He wants me to find someone to have a little fun with on the side.”
“Is that so?” Now his brows were quirked with curiosity instead of surprise.
She nodded, biting her lip again as she flashed her baby blues up at him. “He wants to watch.”
“He does?”
She was nearly certain a bulge was growing in his well-fitting uniform pants as she nodded again, a coy smirk playing on her lips. “Would you ever do anything like that?”
“I’m always up for an adventure,” he answered, emphasizing the word “up” as a double entendre.
